Rule 62
Duties, Duties and Powers of the Head of the Metropolitan Police Circle
The duties, duties and powers of the Head of the Metropolitan Police Circle within his area of ​​responsibility shall be as follows:-
(a) Effective mobilization, supervision, control of police manpower and giving necessary instructions and arranging patrolling, guarding, etc. as required, doing or causing other work related to peace and security,
(b) To maintain the conduct and discipline of the police personnel, perform their responsibilities efficiently, make them conscientious and keep their morale high by inspecting every police office under the circle at least three times a year and giving necessary instructions as well as indicating in the inspection book,
